Listing side only, both ways: you offer the buyer's or tenant's agent their share whichever way you list. Credits priced in bundles (every 3 at 25% off, 2 at 10% off). Ontario, 13% HST on every commission and on our plans.
A listing agent usually charges a share of every sale and every lease. With us you pay a flat fee per listing, and 3 credits cost 25% less. You still offer the buyer's or tenant's agent their share, the same as you would with a listing agent, so it's left out on both sides.

How listing credits work
- One credit = one MLS® listing of the package you choose (2-month, 3-month, 6-month or MAX), for sale or for rent.
- Use them on any property you own, whenever you're ready: from My Account, pick a past listing to list again or add a new address.
- Credits never expire and keep the price you paid, so next year's re-rent or sale is already paid for.
- Buy 2 and save 10%, buy 3 and save 25%. Codes like FREEUPGRADE don't combine with a bundle: the bundle is the deal.
Built for landlords who re-rent every year
When a lease is marked leased, My Account shows when it ends (12 months from the move-in date) and a List again button next to the property. About 75 days before a lease ends we email you a link that copies the last listing, so the next tenant search starts in a few minutes, not from scratch. Do I need an account to buy 3 credits?
No. Enter your name and email above and pay: your account is made when the payment goes through, and we email you a sign-in link. If you already have an account, sign in and buy from My Account.
Can I use credits for rentals and sales?
Yes. A credit is one listing of its package, for sale or for rent, on any property you own in Ontario or Alberta.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, and they keep the price you paid.
Can I mix packages in one bundle?
A bundle is one package (for example 3 × 2-month listings). Buy another bundle for a different package.
Who is my brokerage?
Robin Hood Realty Limited, Brokerage. Each listing is a mere posting: a limited-service representation agreement with the brokerage, and buyers' or tenants' agents contact you directly.
Is tax included?
Prices are before tax. 13% HST applies to credits.
