Easy List Realty vs RocketListings prices
Easy List Realty charges once and lists until the property sells: $499 if you build about 80% of the listing yourself (DIY Fast-Track) or $598 if its team builds it (Fully Guided), from its pricing page with Ontario selected on October 5, 2026. Is Easy List Realty or RocketListings cheaper?
For the listing itself, RocketListings is cheaper. Until sold is $239.99 with us, or $149.99 with FREEUPGRADE, against $499 or $598 with Easy List Realty. A 3-month listing is $119.99, and month to month is $69.99, which you can stop any time. Easy List Realty has no shorter or cheaper MLS® option.
Rentals show the widest gap. Easy List Realty charges $399 or $498 for a rental or lease; with us a rental costs the same as a sale, so a 2-month rental listing is $99.99 and month to month is $69.99. Most of the homes we list are rentals.
Compare like with like, though. Easy List Realty's packages also put your home on ForSaleByOwner.ca and FSBO.ca with syndication to other portals, and Fully Guided adds a setup appointment where its team builds the listing for you. If you'd use those, they're part of the price. Neither includes a lawn sign.
On tax, we add 13% HST. Either way, the bigger saving is against a traditional commission: our commission calculator shows it for your price.
Easy List Realty vs RocketListings: what's included
Both put your home on the MLS® System and realtor.ca as a mere posting, where buyer agents search, and neither takes a listing commission. You show the home, hold open houses if you like and take offers yourself. The differences are who builds the listing, where each one lists and how support works.

How fast you're listed, and who helps
Easy List Realty advertises a fast turnaround: once your documents are in order, "most listings can be processed and sent to the MLS® System and REALTOR.ca within roughly 12–24 hours during our support window" (forsalebyowner.ca, October 5, 2026). Its team works 7 days a week, holidays included.
The pages give slightly different windows. The DIY package promises a brokerage review "within 12 hours", and the fee page says its MLS® team calls you back "within 12–36 hours based on listings-flow" after you press Notify Brokerage. Its about page puts the online setup at about 1 to 1.5 hours.
We don't promise a go-live time. Every listing is checked before it goes on the MLS® System: your ID, proof of ownership and the details you entered. We email you your MLS® number once it's live. If anything is missing, we tell you exactly what, and you can email, text or call 647-360-9060 with questions.
How Easy List Realty's "until it sells" works
Easy List Realty's until-sold price covers a first listing of up to 6 months, which you extend before it expires at no extra cost. If it expires or you cancel, the listing agreement ends, and coming back later means a new listing and a $189 relisting fee. Our MAX plan renews free until your home sells.
In its own words: "As long as you extend your listing before its expiry date, you may continue your MLS® System exposure without paying any renewal fees" (fee transparency page, October 5, 2026).
Its refund rules are clear too. You can cancel any time with no cancellation fee. Within 14 days of buying, you get all your money back as long as your listing hasn't gone live on ForSaleByOwner.ca. The realtor.ca portion becomes non-refundable once you press Notify Brokerage, the last of its online steps.
With us, MAX is $239.99, or $149.99 with FREEUPGRADE. If you'd rather not commit, the month-to-month plan at $69.99 stops whenever you cancel.
Easy List Realty reviews
Easy List Realty's reviews sit under its consumer brand, ForSaleByOwner.ca, rather than on a Trustpilot page of its own. Its testimonials page lists five-star comments with each seller's list price and an estimated commission saved. Read recent reviews on Google too, and look for comments on how fast listings went live.
On its testimonials page (October 5, 2026), a Windsor seller, Norm M., wrote that "the support all along the way is exceptional", with an estimated $50,000 saved. The company also publishes figures for its last 1,000 sales: an estimated $18,638,033 in commission kept against a traditional 4–5%, and 31.3% of those sales with no buyer-side agent commission. Those are its own estimates, not independent reviews.

Easy List Realty coupon and promo codes
Easy List Realty doesn't publish promo codes: on October 5, 2026 its pricing page showed only the package prices. What it advertises instead is a price match: "Found a comparable FSBO service? We'll match it." Check forsalebyowner.ca for any current offer before you pay; we don't publish other companies' codes.
Our own code is FREEUPGRADE. Enter it at checkout, or use any button on this page and it's applied for you: pay for 2 months and get 3, pay for 3 and get 6, or pay for 6 and get MAX. It works on new listings and on listing credits; it doesn't apply to the month-to-month plan.
The code matters most on the until-sold plan: MAX, which renews free until your home sells, comes for the price of the 6-month plan. That's $149.99 against $499 or $598 for Easy List Realty's until-sold packages.
Switching from Easy List Realty to RocketListings
Moving over from Easy List Realty means a new flat fee MLS® listing with Robin Hood Realty Limited, Brokerage, sent to realtor.ca the way every MLS® listing is. There's no transfer between companies: your old listing ends with them and the new one starts with us. The steps:
- End your current listing first. A home normally has only one active listing on a board at a time, so cancel it or let it expire. Easy List Realty charges no cancellation fee.
- Start with us and choose a plan. Use FREEUPGRADE for the next plan up.
- Add your details and photos. You can reuse your description, and your photos if you own them.
- We enter your home on the MLS® System and email you your new MLS® number when it's live.
